The RAB Spring Showcase of Homes features homes, townhomes, and subdivisions in various stages of completion (homes in the Spring Showcase do not need to be completely finished) and a wide range of prices. Only Rochester Area Builder members are allowed to participate. Admission is FREE! This event takes place on two weekends after Easter.
The Post-Bulletin Insert will be available in the RAB office on the Thursday before the first weekend and it will be in that day’s paper as well. This insert shows the homes/subdivisions by number, display the numbers on a map, and give many details about each one. There also will be inserts available for pick up at each home on the showcase.
Due to the severe weather, we did not have the entries open on the 14th or the 15th. We had great weather for the 2nd weekend.

All eligible entries were divided into six divisions based on the price of the home and judged by local peers on the first weekend of the Fall Showcase of Homes. Trophies will be presented to the winners on the Friday before the second weekend. See who won in 2018!

Studs, Struts & Stilettos is a Construction Fashion Exposé designed to showcase the creativity and resourcefulness of our building industry professionals, while at the same time raising funds for Rochester Area Habitat for Humanity.
All of the designs showcased will be inspired by, and partially created from, materials used in the building industry.
“WORKS OF ART”
All designs must be inspired by a well-known or influential work of art to go along with this year’s theme (this is interpretive, not literal). The work of art can be photography, painting, sculpture, etc. You will need to submit an image of the artwork which will be projected on the big screen as your model walks the runway.
