For decades, Rochester Area Builders has proudly hosted the Showcase of Homes and the Remodelers Tour, signature events that have welcomed hundreds of thousands of visitors and showcased the very best in local homebuilding, remodeling, and design. That strong legacy is changing - and growing!
In a unanimous decision, the RAB board has voted to approve a strategic partnership with Housing First. The RAB Showcase of Homes and the Remodelers Tour has joined forces and our home and remodeler tour is now known as the Parade of Homes-Rochester.
This move strengthens the impact of our marketing dollars, expands visibility for participating builders and remodelers, and offers the public a more seamless and exciting experience.

Dream Home: This exclusive Parade of Homes feature offers elevated promotion, increased visibility, and the opportunity to support the Housing First Minnesota Foundation through charitable admission proceeds. This fall's Rochester Dream Home is built by R. Fleming Construction and located at 3327 Bella Terra Road NE in Rochester, MN. Learn more here.
