Get an exclusive preview of what’s on the horizon in the Rochester housing market! The Spring Showcase will feature the latest developments, townhome communities, and newly constructed custom homes. It’s the ideal event to discover your next home or connect with a builder who can bring your dream home to life.

The Spring Showcase presents homes, townhomes, and subdivisions at different stages of completion (completion is not required for featured properties) and offers a wide range of price points. Be sure to mark your calendars for the 2025 Spring Showcase of Homes or download the RAB Event App on the App Store or Google Play to keep up to date with all the fantastic public events we host throughout the year.

Additional changes this year:

  • Through a partnership with the Post Bulletin, the Spring Showcase of Homes will be included in the April issue of Rochester Magazine with a distribution of 15,000 copies: 11,000 distributed through area businesses and in high-traffic areas, 3,000 direct-mailed to the high-income homeowners in Rochester, and 1,000 available to hand out at Showcase entries. Rochester Magazine is also available online.
  • Significant investments in marketing to broaden our reach and awareness.
  • Registration is now open, sooner than last year
  • Also, for the first time the Remodelers Tour and Outdoor Show has also been added to the Spring Showcase on April 26 and 27, drawing interest from even more attendees across the region

  • Must be a Rochester Area Builders member
  • Registration: January 20 – February 26
  • Required Forms – send to amber@rochesterareabuilders.com
  • Revisions Deadline: March 5
  • Magazine and App available online: March 28
  • Entries must be to the drywall stage, but do not need to be completely finished
