Thank you for entering the 2025 Spring Showcase of Homes! Your support is what makes this event a success and enriches our community. If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to Amber via email or call (507) 282-7698.

How to Register

Interested in registering? Simply follow these steps, no matter your entry type:

  1. Complete your online registration here.
  2. Download, sign, and email these forms to Amber at Amber@rochesterareabuilders.com.
  3. Pay your entry fees and deposits.
  4. If your entry is owned by someone other than the builder/developer or will be occupied during the Showcase, download this form and have it signed by both the builder and homeowner

 

In addition, by March 27, you will need to submit:

  1. Certificate of Insurance, which must list Rochester Area Builders Inc as an additional insured
  2. One photo, which must be in landscape mode (e.g. wider than it is tall) and at least 1000px wide

Deadlines and Fees

Deadlines: 

March 27, 5:00 PM – Final deadline to:

  • Submit entries with entry fee and deposit
  • Request substitutions or changes
  • Submit photos/images
  • Approve final entry proof for the magazine
  • Cancel for a 50% refund of the entry fee

Fees and Deposit

  • Entry Fee: $700
  • Deposit: $400
